摘 要:高层建筑梁式转化层结构刚度过大,易形成"强梁弱柱";而刚度过小,又易于形成结构薄弱层,对抗震不利,依据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2010)及《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3-2010)中转换层设置等相关规定,采用有限元计算软件ABAQUS中塑性损伤模型建立高低位两跨梁式转换层结构数值模型,施加"荷载-位移"控制荷载,分析框支剪力墙高低位转换结构在受力、变形特征和塑性损伤等方面的规律,探讨转换层结构高低位的抗震性能,提出相关改进措施,提高转换层结构耗能性。Supported system used in most of the girder transfer storey construction in high rise buildings can easily form a " strong beam weak column" and weak layers which may cause bad effects on the seismic. Based on the rules provided in the"Code for seismic design of building"( GB50011-2010) and "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building"( JGJ3-2010),ABAQUS was adopted to build the plastic damage models in this paper and some significant results were gained which are regarding to the high-low girder transfer story with by applying different load control. Combining with the numerical model analysis,it can draw the conclusions about load-deflection performance,typical failure modes,stress distribution and the energy-dissipation capacity and so forth,also it puts forward relevant improvement measures in order to improve the dissipation capacity about girder transfer components.
