摘 要:【目的】充分利用生态资源优势,推进环境友好型生产模式进程。【方法】对红河州烤烟生产的生态因素及烟叶内在成分进行分析。【结果】红河大部分烟区土壤酸碱度适中;有机质中上含量水平较高,各县(市)差异不大;土壤中速效钾、速效磷、碱解氮含量变化幅度较大,速效钾含量丰富,碱解氮含量中等,速效磷缺乏较严重。红河烟区光热条件优越、降雨量充沛,干湿季分明,且各植烟县(市)气候差异不大。烟叶烟碱、总氮含量适宜,年度差异变化较大;总糖、还原糖含量偏高,年度间稳定性好;钾含量偏低,年度差异明显;多酚、石油醚等致香前体物质年度变化较大。【结论】红河烟区具有生产优质烟叶的生态条件,生态条件对烟叶碳水化合物的影响比含氮化合物小,气象条件变化是影响致香成分积累的重要因素。【Objective】The aim of study is to make full use of the advantages of ecological resources and promote the process of environmentfriendly production mode. 【Method】The ecological factors and tobacco chemical components of Honghe tobacco-growing area were determined and analyzed. 【Result】The results showed that most of soil of Honghe tobacco-growing areas were p H moderate. The soil had a high organic matter level and did not differ greatly in different county. There were big changes in available K,P and N content of soil. Available K was rich,and nitrogen content middle,and available P seriously lack. The light and heat resources in Honghe tobacco-growing areas were favorable,and the rainfall was abundant,and wet and dry season was distinct,and the climatic was similar in different tobacco planting areas. Honghe tobacco leaves contained suitable nicotine,total nitrogen content and the annual difference was relatively large. Total sugar,reducing sugar content had high inter-annual stability; K content was low,and the annual difference was obvious. The polyphenols,petroleum ether,etc. aroma precursors annual differences were obvious. 【Conclusion】Honghe tobacco-growing areas has the ecological conditions for producing high-quality tobacco leaves. The influence of ecological conditions on carbohydrate content of tobacco leaves is smaller than that of nitrogenous compounds. The changes of meteorological conditions are important factors that affect the accumulation of aroma components.
