摘 要:【目的】探讨烤烟根系分泌物对连作障碍的影响,为进一步研究烤烟连作障碍机理提供一定的理论依据。【方法】以烤烟品种红花大金元为材料,采用水培方法收集烤烟根系分泌物,研究了不同浓度根系分泌物对自身种子萌发和烟苗生理生化指标的影响。【结果】不同浓度根系分泌物对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长有明显抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加抑制作用增加,烟苗总叶绿素含量和根系活力降低,叶片和根系相对电导率上升,根际和叶的p H值降低;除叶片POD活性随着根系分泌物浓度增加呈上升趋势外,其它POD、SOD和CAT活性均随浓度的增加呈现先增后降的趋势,且幼苗叶片和根系MDA含量增加。【结论】烤烟根系分泌物中存在自毒物质,会对烤烟产生自毒作用,且这种自毒物质的逐年积累可能是造成烤烟连作障碍的一个重要因素。【Objective】The aims of study is to discuss effect of root exudates of flue-cured tobacco on continuous cropping obstacles,and to provide a theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacle of flue-cured tobacco. 【Method】Effect of tobacco root exudates( RE) on itself seed germination and seedling physiological indexes were studied by collecting tobacco RE with water culture.【Result】Different concentrations of root exudates significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth. With the increase of action concentration,the inhibitory effect increased,and the total chlorophyll content and root activity of the seedlings decreased,and the relative conductivity of leaves and roots increased,and the p H value of leaf and rhizosphere decreased. In addition,the POD activity of leaves increased as the concentration of root exudates increased,and the activities of POD,SOD and CAT increased first and then decreased with the increase of concentration. Meanwhile,MDA content of leaves and root was increased.【Conclusion】The above results showed that there were self toxic substances in the root exudates of flue-cured tobacco,which will have a self toxic effect on flue-cured tobacco,and the accumulation of the self toxic substances may be an important cause of the continuous cropping obstacle of flue-cured tobacco.
