摘 要:利用共聚焦显微镜原位观察了存在强织构和正常两种组织的TC4-DT钛合金从室温升温至1 200℃过程中的组织演变,并且与在室温下采用光学显微镜获得的照片进行了对比研究。结果表明,试样加热温度大于500℃时,无需化学浸蚀即可以进行原位观察。试样加热至950℃(Tβ-35℃)时,可观察到球状α相逐渐消失,加热至1 000℃(Tβ+15℃)后观察不到球状α相,判断α→β相转变的温度区间应在950~1 000℃。此外,正常组织试样加热至1 000℃时已经能观察到β晶界和晶界滑移现象,而存在强织构的组织加热至1 170℃左右时才观察到明显的β晶界和晶界滑移现象。强织构会阻碍晶粒再结晶长大,只有加热至Tβ以上一定温度时,晶粒才能再结晶长大。The microstructure evolution of TC4-DT titanium alloy with strong texture and normal two tissues was observed from room temperature to 1170℃ by confocal microscopy,and compared with the photo obtained by optical microscope at room temperature. The results show that the sample can be observed in situ without chemical etching when the heating temperature is greater than 500 ℃. When the sample is heated to 950 ℃( Tβ-35 ℃),the globular alpha phase can be observed to disappear gradually,and the spherical alpha phase can not be observed after heating to1 000 ℃( Tβ+ 15 ℃). The temperature range of the phase transition of alpha to beta should be determined at 950 ~1 000 ℃. In addition,the phenomena of crystal boundary and grain boundary slip can be observed when the normal tissue samples are heated to 1 000 ℃. However,the samples with strong texture need to be heated to 1 170 ℃. Strong textures will prevent grain recrystallization from growing. Only when heating to a certain temperature above the phase transition can recrystallization grow.
