摘 要:利用冷热循环处理装置对TC18钛合金锻件进行了冷热循环处理工艺实验,并研究了冷热循环处理对该合金力学性能和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明,冷热循环处理对TC18钛合金的强度、塑性、断裂韧性及硬度等力学性能影响不大,但对尺寸稳定性具有显著影响;深冷处理温度过低对合金尺寸稳定性不利。从提高尺寸稳定性方面考虑,冷热循环处理工艺应以深冷温度-120℃、保温时间24 h、循环处理次数3次为宜,此时圆环开口尺寸变化率与未冷热循环处理相比降低了13.6%。Thermal-cold cycling treatment of TC18 titanium alloy were conducted on a thermal-cold cycling treatment machine. The effects of thermal-cold cycling treatment on mechanical properties and dimensional stability of TC18 titanium alloy was investigated. The results indicate that there has a significant effect of thermal-cold cycling treatment on dimensional stability,while no obvious effect of thermal-cold cycling treatment on mechanical properties such as strength,ductile,fracture toughness and hardness of the alloy. Too low deep cryogenic temperature is unfavorable for the dimensional stability of the alloy. The feasible deep cryogenic temperature is-120 ℃,feasible holding time is 24 h,and feasible cycling time is 3 time as viewed from improving the dimensional stability of the alloy,and reduction with13. 6% of the ring dimensional change rate of the alloy at this thermal-cold cycling treatment conditions can be achieved.
