摘  要:掺入纤维可增强水工混凝土的抗冲磨强度。为研究掺入不同纤维对抗冲磨强度的影响,依据规范要求,分别对无纤维和掺4种不同纤维后的试件进行抗冲磨试验,得出最佳掺量值。结果表明:掺聚乙烯醇纤维的抗冲磨强度最高,掺聚丙烯纤维性价比最优。同时,在试验过程中拌合工艺、成型过程、养护方法也至关重要。Fiber addition can enhance anti-impact grinding strength of hydraulic concrete. in order to study the influence of mixture of different fibers on anti-impact grinding strength,According to requirements in the specification,anti-impact grinding test is implemented respectively aiming at circumstances of no fiber and addition of four different fibers,and conclude the optimum mixture. Results show that the anti-impact grinding is the highest after addition of polyvinyl alcohol fiber,and the cost-performance ratio is the optimal after addition of polypropylene fiber. Meanwhile, the mixing technology,formation process and curing method in the test process are also important.
