摘  要:盘道岭隧洞是引大入秦工程的"咽喉",其过流能力对下游影响较大。除险加固后,隧洞过流断面缩小,最大过流能力及净空高度是否满足设计要求需进行复核。本文根据流量实测数据,推算隧洞内各测点的糙率和过流能力,结果表明加固后各指标均满足设计要求,无需采取其他措施。Pandaoling Tunnel is the Datong River Diversion into Qinwangchuan project. Its flowing capacity has great influence on the downstream area. The cross section of the tunnel is reduced,and whether the maximum flowing capacity and clearance height meet the design requirements should be checked after risk removal and reinforcement. The roughness of all measuring points in the tunnel,and flowing ability are calculated according to the flow capacity measured data.Results show that all indicators meet the design requirements after reinforcement,and it is unnecessary to adopt other measures.
