摘　　要：目的:对上海市某社区卫生服务中心眼科门诊处方中常用药物的应用情况进行分析。方法:采集2016年6月—2017年12月上海市某社区卫生服务中心门诊所有眼科处方,其中排名前3位的联用药物为玻璃酸钠滴眼液、双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和左氧氟沙星滴眼液,以这3种药物为例进行统计、分析。结果:2016年6月至2017年12月间,玻璃酸钠滴眼液的用量和销售金额最高,双氯芬酸钠滴眼液使用频率最高,左氧氟沙星滴眼液平均使用日费用最高。在该中心的临床使用中,玻璃酸钠滴眼液、双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和左氧氟沙星滴眼液使用总量的比值为1.28∶1∶0.43,销售总金额的比值为2.25∶1∶1.20。结论:这3种药物联合应用情况基本合理,联合使用后能够达到明确的治疗效果。Objective： To analyze the application of commonly used drugs in ophthalmic outpatient prescriptions of a community health service center in Shanghai. Methods： All ophthalmic prescriptions from June 2016 to December 2017 in a community health service center in Shanghai were collected. Among them, the top 3 combined drugs were sodium hyaluronate eye drops, diclofenac sodium eye drops and left ofoxacin eye drops, and the three drugs were used as examples for statistics and analysis. Results： Between June 2016 and December 2017, the amount and sales amount of sodium hyaluronate eye drops were the highest, diclofenac sodium eye drops had the highest frequency of use, and the average daily cost of left ofoxacin eye drops was the highest. In the clinical use of the center, the ratio of total amount of sodium hyaluronate eye drops, diclofenac sodium eye drops and levofoxacin eye drops was 1.28 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.43, and the ratio of total sales amount of them was 2.25 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.20. Conclusion： The combined application of these three drugs is basically reasonable. Combined use can achieve a clear therapeutic efect.
