摘 要:污垢生长会对换热器网络的传热性能产生不利影响。研究基于限制换热器网络柔性的临界操作点,提出同时考虑流股入口温度和热容流率波动以及各流股污垢生长的柔性换热器网络综合方法。首先,提出柔性分析方法,采用搜索矩阵法和并行模拟退火算法,能够有效计算柔性指数且准确识别临界操作点。其次,建立混合整数非线性规划模型,获取在全周期内满足柔性需求且年度总费用最小的换热器网络结构。结果表明,所得网络在全周期内的柔性指数F均大于1,验证了该方法的有效性。Fouling growth can adversely affect heat transfer performance of heat exchanger network(HEN). A flexible HEN synthesis method was proposed considering fluctuation of stream inlet temperature and heat capacity flow rates, together with stream fouling growth based on critical operating points that limit HEN flexibility. A flexibility analysis method was first presented with searching matrix algorithm and parallel simulated annealing algorithm to effectively calculate the flexibility indexes and precisely identify the critical operating points. A mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) model was then established to obtain a flexible HEN with qualified flexibility along the life cycle and minimum total annual cost(TAC). The results show that all flexibility indexes F along the life cycle are 1 for the obtained HEN, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
