摘 要:台风引发输电线路不同程度的运行故障,其根本原因在于风荷载的影响。因此为了保证电网的安全稳定运行,文中介绍了一种基于分布式光纤测风技术,提出了一种电网台风灾害实时预警方法。通过分布式监测设备得到的风速计算出实时风荷载,综合考虑线路在大风持续下带来的损耗不一、自身运行状态、运维遗留问题等三方面因素,动态修正设计风荷载,并与实时风荷载建立相应判据,发布对应的预警信息以及损耗排序,指导电网人员首选大风险或潜在风险档距进行巡检,避免盲目的同时大大减少工作量,将台风灾害损失降到最低。Typhoon will cause varying degrees of operational failure of transmission lines,and the fundamental reason is the impact of wind load. Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,this paper propose a typhoon disaster real-time warning method based on distributed fiber wind technology. Firstly,the real-time wind load is calculated through the wind speed obtained by the distributed monitoring equipment. And then,considering comprehensively the different losses from the duration of the wind,the self-running status and the problems left over from the operation and maintenance of the line,the dynamic correction of design wind load is completed. The corresponding warning level of typhoon disaster can be released after comparing the real-time wind load with design wind load corrected dynamically. Finally,the order of loss caused by typhoon can guide the staff preferred large risk or potential risk spans for inspection,which can avoid blindness while lightening the workload considerably and minimize the typhoon disaster loss.
