摘 要:针对R46提出的方波对电能计量误差影响的问题,首先在理论上分析了方波对电能计量的影响,介绍了两种电能计量方法,即积分法和傅里叶变换法;然后根据这两种方法进行了相应的理论推导,并完成了在正弦信号和方波影响下的电能计量实验;最后对被测电能表的电能计量结果进行了误差分析和测量不确定度评定。实验结果表明:相对于无畸变的正弦信号,被测电能表在方波信号下进行电能计量时,会存在误差和方差较大的情况。论文为R46国际建议的实施提供了理论和实验数据支持。According to the requirement in R46 of considering the influence of the quadric form waveform when it measures the harmonic energy,this paper introduces two kinds of methods to measure the power after analyzing the impact of quadric form waveform on the power quality,namely the integral method and Fourier transform. Moreover,it deduced the corresponding power measurement theory,and the energy measurement experiment was completed under the influence of sine signal and quadric form waveform. Finally,the error analysis and measurement uncertainty evolution were conducted for the energy measurement results. The experimental results show that compared with the sine signals without distortion,there will be large error and variance when the energy measurement of the tested energy meter is conducted under the quadric form waveform. This paper can provide the profound theoretical and experimental support for the application of the R46.
