摘  要:运用波特战略管理理论中的行业进入壁垒和退出壁垒盈利性矩阵模型对地勘单位多元化业务方向进行探讨,通过分析地质勘查、矿业开发、工程建设、地勘服务四个地勘行业业务板块的特点以及各自的进入退出壁垒,得到这四个业务板块在进入退出壁垒的盈利性矩阵中所处的位置。地勘单位在产业多元化的布局上,应继续重点布局地质勘查行业,适当缩减矿业开发行业,侧重发展工程建设行业,伴生发展地勘服务行业。建议:(1)地质勘查应注重产业结构调整;(2)矿业开发应根据环保政策适时调整;(3)工程建设应不断做优做强;(4)地勘服务应进一步拓宽业务范围。This paper discusses the direction of diversified business of geo-prospecting units by applying the profitability matrix of industry entry-exit barriers in Porter's strategic management theory. Through analyzing the characteristics of the four business segments of geological exploration, mining development, engineering construction, geo-prospecting services and their respective entryexit barriers, the position of the four business segments in the profitability matrix of enter-exit barriers can be obtained. In the layout of diversified industries, geo-prospecting units should continue focusing on the key layout of geo-prospecting industry, appropriately reduce the size of mining development industry, emphasize on developing engineering construction industry and be concomitant with the development of geo-prospecting service industry. The corresponding suggestions are:(1) Geological prospecting should focus on the adjustment of industrial structure;(2) Mineral development should be adjusted timely according to the environmental protection policies;(3) Engineering construction should be constantly optimized and strengthened;(4) Geo-prospecting services should further broaden its business scope.
