摘 要:本文设计一种智能型实验室好氧堆肥反应器系统,其主要有反应系统,曝气系统,控制系统和数据处理系统组成。反应滚筒设计最大直径约为1 000 mm,容积约70 L,系统选用最大曝气量为80 L/min的变频式气泵,实际工作时可以提供的最大曝气量为20 L/min。用牛粪作为堆肥原料,试验研究在装置内的牛粪堆肥过程变化情况,并与普通堆肥进行对比。结果表明:智能型好氧堆肥反应器系统堆肥初始升温速率较快,在升温和高温阶段搅拌后,再次升温趋势明显大于普通堆肥且堆肥过程堆体空间各层温差总体小于普通堆肥。该系统较好的发酵效果,智能化程度高,能够为好氧堆肥提供良好的试验支持。This paper designs an intelligent laboratory aerobic compost reactor system,which mainly consists of a reaction system,an aeration system,a control system and a data processing system.The maximum diameter of the reaction drum is about 1 000 mm and the volume is about 70 L.The system uses a variable frequency air pump with a maximum aeration of 80 L/min.The maximum aeration can be provided in actual operation is 20 L/min.Using cow dung as a composting material,the changes in the composting process of the cow manure in the plant were tested and compared with ordinary compost.The results show that the initial agitation rate of the composting of the intelligent aerobic composting reactor system is faster.After the stirring in the heating and high temperature stages,the temperature rising trend is obviously larger than that of the common composting,and the temperature difference of each layer in the composting process is generally smaller than that of the common compost.The system has good fermentation effect and high intelligence,and can provide good experimental support for aerobic composting.
