摘　　要：文武互相转用,是清代特有的一种任官制度,是八旗军人政治参与上的一种优待,这一制度主要针对八旗军人,是清朝统治者控制政权与军事斗争的需要,也是后期清军腐败堕落的根源之一。The inter-transformation of the use of civil and military personnel is a unique official system in the Qing Dynasty and a preferential treatment for the political participation of the Eight Flags soldiers.This system is mainly aimed at the Eight Flags soldiers and is the need for the rulers of the Qing Dynasty to control the regime and military struggle.It is also one of the root causes of corruption in the late Qing army.
