摘　　要：乳腺生物反应器是利用转基因动物生产功能蛋白质的技术.这项技术开创了基因工程制药的新途径.而其具有的低成本、高质量,稳定的生物学活性、较短的生产周期、较高的经济效益等一系列研发特点,使得这一生产方式成为医药产业的主要手段.Mammary gland bioreactor is a technology to produce functional proteins from transgenic animals,which has created a new way of genetic engineering pharmacy.Because of its low cost,high quality,stable biological activity,short production cycle and high economic benefits,this production mode will become the main means of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper makes a brief review on the principles and advantages of mammary gland bioreactor,and its application in the field of biopharmaceuticals and its future development.
