摘  要:针对某企业环氧丙烷废水高温、高pH值、高盐、高有机氯化物的特点,生化处理存在效率低且工艺运行不稳定等问题,开展高盐生化工艺强化处理中试试验。研究结果表明:通过投加耐盐微生物菌剂,优化水解酸化-好氧-接触氧化组合工艺运行参数,形成高盐生物强化处理系统,在进水盐度为4%~6%、Cl-的质量浓度为20 000~30 000 mg/L、CODCr的质量浓度为1 200~1 400 mg/L的条件下,出水CODCr的质量浓度小于50 mg/L,TOC的质量浓度小于20 mg/L。高盐生化处理系统抗盐和抗负荷冲击能力强,运行稳定,满足企业提标改造技术要求。Epoxypropane wastewater from a company has characteristics of high temperature, high pH value,high salinity and high organic chloride concentration, the biochemical treatment efficiency was low and the system operation was unstable. In view of the problems, a pilot scale test of epoxypropane wastewater treatment by high salinity biological enhancement system was carried out. The results showed that: a high salinity biological enhancement system was formed through adding salt-tolerant microbial agent and optimizing operational parameters of hydrolytic acidification-aerobic-catalytic oxidation combined process. When the influent salinity was 4%-6%, the mass concentrations of Cl-and CODCrwere below 20 000-30 000 and 1 200-1 400 mg/L respectively, the mass concentrations of CODCrand TOC in effluent water were lower than 50 and 20 mg/L respectively.High salinity biological enhancement system had good salt tolerance and strong anti-impact load performance,the operation was stable, which could meet technical requirements of enterprise upgrading and reconstruction.
