摘  要:针对屠宰废水处理厂的扩容改造需求,开展了以反应沉淀一体式矩形环流生物反应器(RPIR)为核心工艺的废水处理系统对屠宰废水进行处理的研究。运行结果显示,新系统对屠宰废水中CODCr、NH3-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为94.1%、90.1%、68.4%和85.9%,出水平均质量浓度分别为110.8、16.0、81.5、3.8 mg/L,年削减量分别为970.9、80.6、94.9和13.7 t。新系统出水SS平均质量浓度为17 mg/L。出水CODCr、NH3-N、SS均优于GB 13457—1992《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》二级标准。RPIR好氧反应区的SV30在35%~45%之间,MLSS与MLVSS的质量浓度可以维持在6 000、3 650 mg/L左右。新系统中RPIR生化区处理吨水占地面积为0.16 m2。In view of the extension and renovation requirement of a slaughter wastewater treatment plant, a system with reaction-precipitation integrated rectangular airlift loop bioreactor(RPIR) as the core technology was used to treat slaughter wastewater. The operation results showed that, the average removal rates of CODCr, NH3-N,TN and TP were 94.1%, 90.1%, 68.4% and 85.9% respectively, the average mass concentrations of them were110.8, 16.0, 81.5 and 3.8 mg/L respectively with the annual reduction of 970.9, 80.6, 94.9 and 13.7 t respectively.The average mass concentration of SS in effluent water was 17 mg/L. It could be seen that, the CODCr, NH3-N and SS concentrations of effluent water were all superior to the requirement of grade 2 in GB 13457—1992 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry. The SV30 of the RPIR aerobic reaction zone was 35%-45%, the mass concentrations of MLSS and MLVSS could maintained at about 6 000 and 3 650 mg/L respectively. The floor space of RPIR biochemical reaction zone of the said new system for one ton water treatment was 0.16 m2.
