摘　　要：通过分析现有柴油机消防泵的产品标准与工程设计规范,结合消防泵用柴油机的特点与设计选用,就目前柴油机消防泵在设计与应用方面普通存在的技术问题提出相应的解决方案。柴油机消防泵设计选用不仅要满足消防灭火最不利点流量、扬程的要求,同时还应考虑柴油机作为消防泵动力源时,出于本质安全对消防用柴油机产品的要求。柴油机消防泵除应有基本的电启动方式外,同时还应具有机械启泵、机组冷却、超速保护、手动盘车与机械储能启动等功能。Through analyzing current product standard and engineering design code of diesel powered fire pump, combing the features and design selections of the pump, technical problems that commonly exist in design and application of diesel powered fire pump as well as the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. When selecting diesel powered fire pump, flow and lift requirement of most unfavorable point should not be the only consideration, essential safety of diesel engine should also be considered when the diesel engine is selected as the power source. Besides basic electrical starting, diesel powered fire pump should also have the function of mechanical start-up, unit cooling, overspeed protection, manual shaft turning and mechanical stored energy starting.
