摘  要:为实现汽车异型管件的自动计数和标签打印,本文在Windows 7系统下的Visual Basic 6.0平台,设计开发了称重计数管理系统。系统由上位计算机和两台称重仪表组成,两台称重仪表一大一小,小称用于管件平均质量的取样,大称用于管件的称重与计数,上位机通过以太网通信,控制两台称重仪表的操作。上位机读取小称上一定数目管件的质量,从而获得质量均值,上位机读取放在大称上容器内管件的总质量,计算管件的数量。生产过程中的数据存入数据库Access中,以供查询和追溯。该系统已成功应用到实际的汽车零配件生产过程中,具有广阔的应用前景。This paper designs and develops the weighing and counting management system based on the Visual Basic 6.0 platform under Windows 7 in order to realize the automatic counting and label printing of the automobile special-shaped pipe fitting. System's hardware includes upper machine and two weighing instrument. Twoweighing instrument including a large scale and a small scale. The small scale is used for the average weight of the pipe, which is used for the weighing and counting of the pipe parts. The upper machine controls the operation of the two weighing instruments through Ethernet communication. The upper computer gets the weight of a certain number of pipe pieces in the small scale, thus obtaining the mean of the weight. The upper machine reads the total weight of the pipe in the container and calculates the number of pipes. The data in the production process is stored in database Access for query and traceability. The system has been successfully applied to the production of auto parts and has a broad vision of application.
