摘 要:为降低变速器的振动噪声,本文以一款自动变速器为研究对象,对壳体振动响应控制进行研究。分析了齿轮传动系统动态振动响应的数学模型,利用多体动力学优化分析和实验验证相结合的方法,通过Romax搭建自动变速器(包含壳体的传动系统)的动力学仿真模型。同时,以静态传动误差为优化目标,研究齿轮微观修形参数(齿廓倾斜偏差fHa,齿廓鼓形量Ca,齿向倾斜偏差fHb,齿向鼓形量Cb)对变速器壳体振动响应的影响,并辅以灵敏度分析,对影响参数进行有效控制,以便于齿轮加工。仿真及实验结果表明,对静态传动误差的优化,可以减小壳体关键位置的振动加速度幅值;而且该啮合齿轮在优化后的声压级明显降低,由84.1dB降低到77.7dB,啸叫噪声消失,从而验证了优化结果的准确性。该研究可有效降低振动噪音,改善车辆NVH水平。To reduce the vibration noise of the transmission, this paper takes an automatic transmission as the research object, and studies the control of the vibration response of casing. The mathematical model of dynamic vibration response of gearsis analyzed, a combination method of multi-body dynamics optimization and experimental verification isused, the dynamic simulation model of the transmission system included the casingis set up by Romax. Static transmission error is set as the optimization target, and the effect of gears micro-modification (profile slope deviation: fHa , profile modification: Ca , helix slope deviation: fHb , helix lead crowning: Cb ) is studied on the vibration response of the transmission casing. With the sensitivity analysis, the influence parameter can be controlled effectively, so that the gear can be processed. The results of simulation and experiment show that the vibration acceleration amplitude of the key position on the casing can be reduced by optimizing the static transmission error. Moreover, the sound pressure level of the meshing gear was significantly reduced after optimization, from 84.1 dB to 77.7 dB, and the whistle disappeared, thus verifying the accuracy of the optimization results. This study can effectively reduce the vibration and noise and improve the NVH level of vehicle.
