摘 要:详细阐述了空天飞行器质量特性设计所面临的"五化"难点,质量特性作为空天飞行器总体设计的关键控制参数,与飞行器总体性能和技术指标密切相关,其设计与控制贯穿空天飞行器研制全过程。提出了质量特性设计"五确定"方法+基于全飞行器数字样机的质量特性管理系统的组合方案。工程实践结果表明,文章提出的系统方案,解决了飞行器质量特性设计的系统优化难题,实现了飞行器质量特性全生命周期的动态可控、可见和可追溯。该方法可应用于空天飞行器各研制阶段质量特性优化设计,对其他航天器质量特性优化设计亦具有借鉴意义。The mass property are critical that important control parameters associated with overall performance of aerospace vehicle,which design and control runs through the development of aerospace vehicle.In this paper,the design difficulties of mass property for aerospace vehicle was expound detailedly,"five confirmation"design method and mass property management system based on aerospace vehicle digital mock-up are proposed.The engineering practice shows that the system could resolve the systemic optimization problem of mass property design for aerospace vehicle,and realized the dynamic controllability,visibility and traceability of the process of mass property.This method could be used to optimization mass property design of aerospace vehicle,and can be used as reference for the construction of mass property design of other spacecraft.
