摘 要:针对星载空间相机定标机构卡滞在光路里会引起相机成像功能的损失问题,设计了一种退出装置,采用记忆合金驱动器带动离合器分离齿轮和负载轴,排除电机和控制电路的故障;退出驱动源选用卷簧,独立于负载轴支撑,借助记忆合金致动器触发卷簧动作。经ADAMS软件运动仿真和退出试验,验证了该退出装置无运动干涉,能够实现退出功能。结果表明:退出装置的驱动力矩达到电机传递给负载轴力矩的2.3倍,可以解决定标机构的电机、控制电路失效以及摩擦力矩上升至超过电机驱动能力引起的卡滞问题,并且质量较冗余设计节省32%。The space camera's imaging function will be damaged when the calibration mechanism is stuck in the optical path.An exiting mechanism is designed in the paper to solve this problem.The shape memory alloy actuator drives the clutch to separate the gear and the load shaft.It solves motor's and control circuit's trouble.The spiral spring mounted independent of the load shaft is selected as driving source and is triggered by the shape memory alloy actuator.The motion simulation in ADAMS software and the exiting test verify non-interference in the motion and the exiting function is realized by exiting mechanism.The results show that the driving torque of exiting mechanism is 2.3 times of the torque transmitted from the motor to the load shaft.It can solve the being stuck trouble caused by the failure of the motor and the circuit,as well as the friction torque rising beyond the motor drive capacity.It decreases 32% weight rather than redundancy design.
