摘　　要：目的探讨应用逆行第1掌背皮瓣修复示指软组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用逆行第1掌背皮瓣修复12例示指组织缺损患者,组织缺损面积为2.0 cm×2.5 cm～2.5 cm×4.0 cm,皮瓣切取面积为2.2 cm×2.8 cm～3.0 cm×4.5 cm。随访观察皮瓣外形及感觉恢复情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间6～12个月。12例的皮瓣及供区游离植皮均全部成活,皮瓣外观良好,质地佳,皮瓣静止两点辨别觉8～11 mm。结论逆行第1掌背皮瓣修复合并肌腱外露或缺损的示指软组织缺损疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defect of dorsal index finger with the reverse first dorsal metacarpal flap. Methods The reverse first dorsal metacarpal flap was used to repair 12 cases of index finger tissue defect,with tissue defect area： 2. 0 cm × 2. 5 cm ～ 2. 5 cm × 4. 0 cm,the size of the flaps ranged from 2. 2 cm × 2. 8 cm to 3. 0 cm × 4. 5 cm. The appearance and sensory recovery of the skin flap were followed up.Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 12 months. The 12 cases of skin flap and donor site free skin graft survived. The flap had good appearance,good texture and satisfactory sensory recovery. The two points discrimination of skin flap was 8 ～ 11 mm. Conclusions The reverse first dorsal metacarpal flap is effective to repair the index soft tissue defect combined with tendon exposure or defect.
