摘　　要：目的分析Ⅱ型股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用Ⅱ型股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板固定治疗76例老年股骨转子间骨折患者。结果 70例获得随访,时间12～24个月;6例失访。术后1年按髋关节功能Harris评分标准评价疗效:优56例,良9例,可4例,差1例,优良率为92.86%。结论Ⅱ型股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折创伤小、固定牢靠、生物力学特性佳,效果良好。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of treating elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures by using typeⅡproximal lateral femoral locking plate. Methods The 76 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with type Ⅱ proximal lateral femoral locking plate. Results Seventy cases were followed up,the time ranged from 12 ～ 24 months; 6 cases were lost. The clinical efficacy was evaluated with Harris hip function score at 1 year postoperation. According to Harris hip joint fuction criteria,56 cases were classified as excellent,9 as good and 4 as fair,1 poor,the excellent and good rate was 92. 86%. Conclusions Proximal lateral femoral locking plate of type Ⅱ provides stable and effective fixation,with a high union rate and a minimal complication rate in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.
