摘　　要：目的探讨克氏针+不可吸收锚钉线内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法采用克氏针+不可吸收锚钉线内固定治疗85例髌骨骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间12～14个月。骨折均愈合。术后6个月根据Bostman膝关节功能标准评价疗效:优71例,良13例,可1例。结论采用克氏针+不可吸收锚钉线内固定治疗髌骨骨折操作简单,力学强度可靠,二次手术创伤小,并发症少,术后膝关节活动良好,是治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the effect of nonabsorbable suture material of anchor with Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods The 85 patients with patellar fracture underwent nonabsorbable suture material of anchor with Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment. Results All patients were followed up for 12 ～ 14 months. All fractures were healed. According to the knee function assess presented by Bostman,71 cases got excellent results,13 cases got good results,and 1 fair. Conclusions Nonabsorbable suture material of anchor with Kirschner wire internal fixation is a simple method for the treatment of patellar fractures,with an adequate mechanical property,less trauma of the second operation,fewer complications and good knee exercise.
