摘 要:本文综述了近年来深度加氢脱硫催化剂载体的研究进展,分类介绍了单组分载体和复合载体等对加氢脱硫催化剂性能的影响。单组分载体存在易于与活性组分作用,从而影响催化剂的活性;或者机械强度不够,影响其在工业过程中的应用。复合载体可以克服单组分载体的缺陷,从而使制备的催化剂具有较好的催化能力。Developments in researches for supports of catalysts used in deep hydrodesulfurization of diesel oil including single oxide supports,composite oxide supports were summarized in paper. Effects of the supports on catalyst activities in deep hydrodesulfurization were reviewed. Inert phase could easily be produced by interaction between oxide supports and active metals components in the catalysts,which lowered the catalyst activity; moreover,the mechanical strength of the single supports is lower,which limited the using in industry. Composite oxide supports could overcome the disadvantages of single supports,and were found to be very efficient in deep hydrodesulfurization.
