摘 要:探究并条并合根数、罗拉中心距、牵伸倍数对棉条条干、棉结、短绒的影响的主次顺序和最优工艺。通过并条正交实验得出并合根数对棉条条干、棉结、短绒影响大,棉结的影响主次顺序为并合根数>牵伸倍数>罗拉中心距;短绒的影响主次顺序为并合根数>罗拉中心距>牵伸倍数;条干的影响主次顺序为并合根数>牵伸倍数>罗拉中心距。并条最优工艺为并合根数6根,牵伸倍数6倍,罗拉中心距42mm×50mm。Exploring the combined root number,roller center distance,draft multiple,that has an effect on dry,cotton,and shorty.And find the main order and the best technology.Through the orthogonal experiment,it is concluded that the combined root number has great influence on dry,cotton knot and short pile.The primary and secondary order of the effect of neps is the number of combined roots,daft ratio,roller center distance.The primary and secondary order of the effect of Short-staple is the number of combined roots,roller center distance,daft ratio.The primary and secondary order of the effect of Yarn levelness is the number of combined roots,daft ratio,roller center distance.The optimum process of drawing is that the number of combined roots is 6,the drafting multiple is 6 times and roller center distance is 42×50 mm.
