摘　　要：蚕丝是我国使用最早的天然纤维之一,具有手感柔软、光泽柔和、吸湿透气性好等优点。100%真丝价格昂贵,100%绢丝价格也不菲,棉丝混纺兼顾了价格和性能优势,在针织产品上具有广泛的应用前景。本研究从棉丝混纺染料选择、一浴法染色、前处理工艺、后处理工艺、生产流程优化等方面论述了棉丝混纺面料染色技术研究和生产过程。总结了该类产品的特色,工艺控制要点,改善质量的具体措施,为棉丝产品大货生产顺利进行提供参考。Silk is one of the earliest natural fibers used in our country,with a soft wet absorption,soft luster,as well as good atmosphere.100% pure silk is very expensive,100% raw silk yarn also has a little bit expensive,cotton silk blended yarn both price and performance has advantages,there has extensive application prospect on the knitting products.In this paper,include dyestuff selection,one bath dyeing process,pretreatment technology,the post-processing technology,production process optimization,etc.This paper discussed cotton silk blended fabric dyeing technology research and production process.A summary of this kind of product and process control points,improve the quality of specific measurement.To provide the reference for cotton silk production.
