尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究尿道成形术对治疗小儿尿道下裂的作用。方法选择2015年1月至2017年1月入本院治疗尿道下裂患儿70例,依据手术方式的不同分为观察组35例和对照组35例,观其2组治疗效果,对比治疗有效率情况。结果治疗后观察组24例患儿排尿正常,无并发症,尿道口位于阴茎正中央,且阴茎下弯现象完全矫正,仅有2例患儿的阴茎下弯情况无改观,且排尿功能未恢复正常,治疗有效率94%,明显较对照组高,观察组有1例发生术后尿瘘,对照组有7例发生术后尿瘘,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿道板纵切卷管术是治疗尿道下裂一种安全可行的方法,能够帮助患儿恢复排尿功能。Objective To study the effect of urethroplasly in the treament of hypospadias in children. Methods Seventy patients with hypospadias underwent sm＇gical treatment in children, were randomly divided into two groups, including 35 cases of the routine surgery patients as the control, the others underwent urethroplasty in accordance with the distance from the hypospadias to the root and skin detect of hypospadias, and observed the ettect and compared the ettectiveness of the treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group of 24 cases with nomlal urination,no complications, and methral mouth was located in phallic center, and the phenomenon of chordee was cotTected, only 2 cases of chordee without change, and did not resume nomlal voiding tunction, the effective rate was 94%, significantly higher than the control group, the observation group had one case of urinary fistulaoccurred after operation, the control group had 7 cases of urinary fistula occmTed at]er operation, there was significant ditterence between two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Urethroplasty is a safe and feasible method tbr the treatment of hypospadias, which can help the children recover the function of urination.
