摘　　要：本文以文化治理作为研究视角,通过分析江苏文化产业领域的治理优势和不足,并分析其存在问题的成因,进而将文化治理理论嵌入江苏文化产业治理领域,在分析其创新路径的基础上力求探索出符合江苏文化产业治理需求的创新模式。This paper takes the cultural governance as a research per- spective, and embeds cultural governance theory in the field of cultural in- dustry governance in Jiangsu through the analysis of Jiangsu cultural industry management advantages and disadvantages and the causes of the problem, explores the innovation mode of Jiangsu cultural industry govern- ance need based on the analysis of the innovation path.
