摘 要:通过对载体性质、浸渍溶液和制备方法等的考察,中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了高活性、高稳定性、低成本、低堆密度的新型高活性柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100。与同类催化剂相比,RS-2100催化剂的超深度加氢相对脱硫活性提高15%,工业装填堆密度降低15%。该催化剂在扬子石化柴油加氢装置上进行了工业应用,工业标定及运行结果表明,RS-2100催化剂具有优异的加氢脱硫活性和稳定性,可以在高空速条件下长期稳定生产硫质量分数小于10μg/g的国Ⅴ标准柴油调和组分,催化剂失活速率小于1℃/月。Based on investigation of the properties of the catalyst carrier, the impregnated solution and the preparation method, etc., Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) has developed the RS-2100 catalyst, a new, high-active diesel ultra-depth hydrodesulfurization catalyst. The high-active ULSD RS-2100 catalyst features 15% higher activity along with 15% lower packing density compared to similar ULSD catalysts. This paper introduces the commercial application of RS-2100 catalyst in diesel hydrotreator of Yangzi Petrochemical's refinery. Industrial application results show that the RS-2100 catalyst has excellent HDS performance and stability, which enable it to produce ULSD blending components (sulfur content less than 10μg/g) meeting the National V standard with the long-term stability under high space velocity. Under ULSD producing conditions, the deactivation rate of RS-2100 catalyst is less than 1 ℃/month.
