摘  要:安塞油田正处在油田大规模开发时期,为完成原油生产任务,每年井下作业频次及内容在不断增加,由于油田所处地理环境的脆弱敏感性,尤其新修订的《安全生产法》和《环境保护法》实施以来对油田开发的安全环保提出了更高要求,因此开展井下作业清洁文明生产是当务之急。文章以安塞油田全面推行井下作业清洁生产工作为契机,通过深入扎实地开展密闭式清洁作业、集油式清洁作业及高效可重复使用防渗材料三种井下作业清洁生产,最大限度消除了作业产生的残液油污,实现了修井残液不落地,解决了井下作业长期以来现场存在的环保问题。Ansai oilfield is now in the large-scale development period, with increasing downhole operations year by year to fulfill crude oil production tasks. Given its fragile and sensitive geographical environment, especially the higher environmental requirements set for oilfield development since the newly-revised Safety Production Law and Environmental Protection Law put into force, it is urgent to make a big push for clean and civilized production in downhole operation. In this context, the paper outlines the relevant measures and technologies taken in the oilfield to minimize fluid and oil pollution, including closed clean operation, clean oil gathering operation, and adopting efficient, reusable anti-seepage materials, with no ground pollution brought by workover residual liquid. Thus it cleared up the environmental problems rooted in downhole operation site.
