摘 要:育苗移栽能充分利用光热资源,有效提高作物产量,具有良好经济效益,是我国未来蔬菜产业的主要发展方向。栽植深度一致性直接影响作物移栽质量,也是移栽机具质量检测的重要指标。移栽仿形能够有效控制秧苗栽植深度,是当前移栽技术研究关注的重点之一。总结了几种栽深仿形控制基本原理,介绍了发达国家的代表机型和国内科研院所的研究现状,通过对仿形方式的结构特点进行对比分析,指出了国内在该方面研究存在的问题,并对我国未来移栽机栽植深度仿形技术的研究与发展提出了建议。Seedling transplantation could make full use of heat resource,improve crop yields effectively and get excellent economic benefits,was a main development direction of vegetables industry in the future.Planting depth uniformity was a key index of machine quality inspection,which would infect immediately crops transplanting quality.Transplanting profiling had gotten extensive solicitude of transplanting machinery research in controlling planting depth effectively.Basic principles of several planting depth profiling control methods and existing representative models in developed countries were introduced,related researches of domestic research institutes were deeply discussed.Compared to analysis of each kind of profiling control method structural feature,deficiencies of domestic study in this field were summarized,and some suggestions for research and development direction of transplanter planting depth profiling control technology in the future were put forward.
