摘　　要：科学化和标准化是管理现代农业科研档案文献资料的前提,有利于传播及总结现代农业科学技术的精华,最大程度发挥农业科学信息数据库的作用,进一步推进我国农业科学技术发展。阐述了在信息化时代的大背景下,科学管理农业科技文献资料的内涵,深入分析农业科技文献资料领域现存的问题,并提出一系列建议,旨在加大我国农业科技文献资料的利用率,推进农业科技文献资料信息化建设,为农业科研单位文献资料管理工作提供参考。Scientization and standardization is premise of agricultural scientific literature management,and it could also help spread and summarize modern agriculture science and technology and maximize use agricultural scientific information database and further promote development of agricultural science and technology in our country.Connotation of scientific management of agricultural scientific literature was expressed under background of information age,existing problems were deeply analyzed and a series of suggestions were put forward,that intended to deepen utilization rate and advance information construction of agricultural scientific literature,could provide theoretical reference for literature management of agricultural scientific research institutions.
