摘  要:针对精细化农业生产管理发展及智能化农业装备的需求,研究了基于冲量定理及压电传感器的谷物流量检测技术,研制了谷物流量传感装置,并集成CAN总线技术,开发了基于CAN总线的冲量式谷物流量联合收割机测产系统。通过试验与数据分析,冲量式谷物流量传感器静态检测精度稳定、准确,动态测量快速、精准。结合CAN总线工作稳定、实时性强等特点,所设计的谷物流量测产系统具有实时性强、测量误差小和传输稳定的特点,谷物测量误差基本稳定在8%以内,谷物流量定位实时、精确,以此绘制的谷物产量处方图具有一定的可信性和实用性。In response to needs of development of fine agricultural production management and intelligent agricultural equipment,a grain flow sensor device was developed based on impulse theorem and piezoelectric sensor detection technology. A yield monitor system based on CAN bus for impulse grain flow combine harvester was developed by using CAN bus technology. Through test and data analysis,impulse grain flow sensor static detection accuracy was stable,accurate,with fast dynamic measurement and accurate. Designed grain flow yield monitor system had advantages of real-time performance,small measurement error and stable transmission combined with characteristics of CAN bus,such as stable operation and strong real-time performance,grain measurement error within 8%,grain flow monitoring was timely and accurate,grain yield prescription chart drawn from grain flow was credible and practical.
