摘  要:某水泵轴承在使用中发出异常噪音和振动,拆卸检验发现内套圈滚道一端有焊合的堆积金属层,保持架已严重磨损和弯曲变形。检验分析表明,轴承内、外套圈不正,造成保持架磨损,其磨屑进入轴承接触面,进而产生噪声和振动。During the use of a water-pump angular-contact bearing,abnormal noise and vibration had occurred. After it was dismantled and examined,it was found that the built-up metal layers were welded on inner-ring raceway at one end,and a cage was severely worn and bent out of shape. A complete failure analysis of the bearing indicated that the inner or outer rings out of square caused the cage destructive wear,and the wear debris was embedded in the contact surfaces of bearing,which resulted in the noise and vibration.
