二苯环丙烯酮局部治疗全秃和普秃的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二苯环丙烯酮(DPCP)局部免疫疗法治疗全秃和普秃的疗效及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析DPCP治疗45例全秃和普秃患者的有效率及复发率,并分析影响其疗效的相关因素。结果:45例全秃和普秃患者经DPCP治疗后,43.59%的患者出现毛发再生,但有效率仅为17.95%,平均起效时间为4.65±2.53个月,疗效与发病年龄之间有正相关关系(P=0.007,r=0.425)、与病程之间有负相关关系(P=0.031,r=-0.346),即发病越晚、病程越短,疗效越好。77.78%的患者出现红斑,约50%的患者出现水疱和瘙痒等不良反应,但多无需特殊处理。有效患者的复发率为100%。结论:DPCP局部免疫疗法是一种安全有效的治疗全秃和普秃患者的疗法,但其有效率相对较低。Objective： To assess the efficacy and the influence factors of diphenylcyclopropenone（DPCP） for the treatment of alopeeia totalis（AT） and alopeeia universalis（AU）. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the effective and relapse rates of AT and AU in 45 patients treated with DPCP. Factors influencing efficacy were also analyzed. Results： After DPCP treatment, 43.59% of patients had hair regeneration. The effective rates were 17.95%, On average, it took 4.65±2.53 months to show benefit after beginning the treatment. The efficacy positively correlated with the onset age（P=O.O07, r=0.425）, and negatively correlated with disease duration（P=0.031, r=-0.346）. Side effects included erythema（77.78%）, and blisters and itching （=50%）. These adverse reactions were mild and required no treatments. The recurrent rate was 100%. Conclusions： DPCP is a safe and effective agent for alopecia totalis and alopecia universalis. But the effective rates were low.
