摘  要:针对邯钢1号高炉稳定性降低、生产指标下滑的状况,高炉生产技术人员积极转变操作理念和思路,运用炉腹煤气量指数和透气阻力系数来优化高炉操作,高炉的稳定性及各项技术经济指标得到明显改善。实践表明,1号高炉炉腹煤气量在7500~7700m3/min、炉腹煤气量指数在59~62m/min、透气阻力系数在3.4~3.7,高炉日产量较调整前提高329 t/d、燃料比降低11 kg/t、焦比降低34 kg/t、煤比提高23 kg/t。The production technicians of Handan Steel's No. 1 BF change the conventional concept and ideas in operation practice while facing step-down of furnace stability and production index, and the stability and various techno-economics in- dexes are improved significantly through optimizing BF operation via upgrading bosh gas volume index and permeability resist- ance coefficient. BF operation performance shows that, compared with before, daily output is increased by 329t/d, the fuel rate decreased by 11 kg/t, the coke rate decreased by 34 kg/t, and the coal rate increased by 23 kg/t when the bosh gas vol- rune is 7500 -7700m3/min, the bosh gas volume index 59 -62 m/min and the permeability resistance coefficient 3.4 -3.7.
