摘　　要：Lorenz-RR散点图将海量心搏信息展现于一张图形上,可以方便直观地从整体观察全部心搏信息,获取整体的、独特的、用常规动态心电图分析方法无法观察到的信息。在窦性心律失常、显著窦性心律不齐与房性期前收缩的鉴别诊断、并行心律、心房颤动中房室结功能不应期的判断、心房颤动中宽QRS波形的鉴别及逸搏的诊断等方面,均可提供其他诊断手段不能提供的信息,具有独特的诊断优势。A mass of heartbeat information can be displayed on one graph of Lorenz-RR scatter plot.It is convenient to directly observe all the information as a whole.We can obtain the overall and unique information which can not be observed in the conventional way in the analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram.Especially in sinus arrhythmia,differential diagnosis between significant sinus arrhythmia and atrial premature beat,parasystole,the functional refractory period of atrioventricular node in atrial fibrillation（AF）,the differential diagnosis of wide QRS wave and the diagnosis of escape in AF,Lorenz-RR plot has a unique diagnostic advantage.
