摘　　要：增龄是众多疾病发生发展的共同危险因素,包括心力衰竭和心房颤动在内的心血管疾病与增龄相关,成为威胁老年健康和预期寿命的突出问题。关注心脏衰老的发生发展机制,探索应对措施,对减轻我国日趋严峻的老龄化负担具有重要意义。Aging is the most common risk factor for many noninfectious diseases,including heart failure and atrial fibrillation.Cardiac aging is an obvious threat to the elderly health and life expectancy.Exploring the mechanisms of occurrence and development of cardiac aging and measures plays a pivotal role in relieving the increasingly severe burden of aging in China.
