摘　　要：目的探讨核心告知前移对晚期恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤治疗依从性的影响。方法选择我院肿瘤内科2017年10月1日至2017年12月31日收治的拟行放化疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者70例作为试验组,给予核心告知前移。选择2016年同期收治的拟行放化疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者83例作为对照组,采用常规告知方式。比较两组患者接受抗肿瘤治疗率、住院天数及治疗费用。结果试验组接受抗肿瘤治疗率为78.57%,高于对照组的61.45%(P<0.05)。两组患者的住院天数、总费用、药费比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论核心告知前移提高了晚期肿瘤患者对抗肿瘤治疗的依从性,同时并无明显过度治疗表现。Objective To evaluate the influence of core information antedisplacement on compliance of anti-tumor therapy in patients with advanced cancer. Methods Seventy patients with advanced cancer who were fit for receiving antitumor therapy admitted in oncology department of our hospital from October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 were set as experimental group, and patients in the experimental group received core information antedisplacement. A total of 83 patients with advanced cancer who were fit for receiving anti-tumor therapy admitted in oncology department of our hospital in the same period of 2016 were set as control group, and patients in the control group received routine style of notification. The rates of receiving anti-tumor therapy, hospital stay and treatment expense of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of receiving anti-tumor therapy of the experimental group was 78.57%, which was higher than61.45% of the control group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in hospital stay, total cost and drug cost between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Core information antedisplacement improves the compliance of anti-tumor therapy in patients with advanced cancer. There was no obvious overtreatment.
