摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌保乳手术联合术后放疗在乳腺癌治疗中的效果。方法选择本院收治的118例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据患者治疗情况分为对照组(55例)和观察组(63例)。对照组患者接受乳腺癌根治手术治疗,观察组患者接受乳腺癌保乳术联合术后放射治疗。比较两组患者的近期治疗效果、术后随访2年的生存、复发、转移情况及术后满意度。结果观察组的近期治疗总有效率高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);术后随访2年,观察组患者的死亡率、复发率及转移率均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组的术后总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳手术联合术后放疗对乳腺癌患者的治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery combined with postoperation radiotherapy for the patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 118 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into control group（n =55） and observation group（n =63） according to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with radical mastectomy and the observation group was treated with breast-conserving surgery combined with postoperation radiotherapy. The short-term therapeutic effects, survial, recurrence and metastasis rates after 2 years of follow-up and postoperative satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of short-term treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant（P〈0.05）. Follow up for 2 years after surgery, the mortality, recurrence and metastasis rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but the difference was not significant（P〈0.05）. The postoperative satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breastconserving surgery combined with postoperation radiotherapy has a significant effect in the treatment of breast cancer.
