彩色多普勒超声心动图对慢性风湿性心脏联合瓣膜病诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析彩超心动图对慢性风湿性心脏联合瓣膜病的诊断价值。方法选择我院就诊的62例慢性风心病合并瓣膜病患者,给予彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其瓣膜病变形态、狭窄程度以及关闭情况等。结果超声心动图的诊断符合率为98.39%。在瓣膜病变方面,二尖瓣轻度狭窄22例、中度狭窄25例、重度狭窄14例,二尖瓣轻度关闭不全14例,中度关闭不全8例;三尖瓣轻度关闭不全31例、中度关闭不全4例、重度关闭不全5例;主动脉瓣轻度狭窄1例、中度狭窄2例,主动脉瓣轻度关闭不全24例、中度关闭不全5例、重度关闭不全1例。结论彩超心动图应用于慢性风心病合并瓣膜病检查中能够直观显示心脏结构、瓣膜功能,全面评估心脏整体情况,为疾病早期诊断、治疗提供参考依据。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of color dopp ler echocardiography in chronic rheumatic heart combined with valvular disease. Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic rheumatic heart combine with valvular heart disease in our hospital were selected. They were examined by color doppler ultrasonography, and observed the morphology,degree of stenosis and closure of the valvular lesions. Results The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography was 98.39%. In valvulopathy, of mitral valve, there were the mild stenosis in 22 cases, 25 cases of moderate stenosis, severe stenosis in 14 cases; 14 cases of mild mitral valve regurgitation, regurgitation in 8 cases. In three apical valves, there were 31 cases of mild insufficiency, 4 cases of moderate insufficiency and 5 cases of severe closure insufficiency. In aortic stenosis, the mild stenosis in 1 cases, 2 cases of moderate stenosis, mild insufficiency in 24 cases, moderate closure in 5 cases, severe closure in 1 cases. Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography in the examination of chronic rheumatic heart and valvular disease can intuitively display the heart structure and valve function, evaluate the overall heart condition in an all-round way, and provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
