摘　　要：旨在对工业遗产再利用效果进行评价,为文化产业发展和规划制定提供决策参考。通过深度访谈和文献计量方法廓清工业遗产再利用对文化产业发展的影响,构建面向文化产业发展的工业遗产再利用成功度评价模型,根据专家打分运用层次分析法确定指标权重,分析工业遗产再利用项目从经济发展、社会发展、历史文化、美学科技、生态环境五个方面对文化产业发展的促进效果,设计问卷并整理调查数据,选取西安市两个工业遗产再利用项目作为实例并进行评价比较,对目前西安市工业遗产再利用与文化产业发展提出改进意见。The aim of this study is to provide reference for cultural industry development and planning by evaluating the reutilization effect of industrial heritage. We clarify the influence of industrial heritage reuse on the development of cultural industry through in-depth interview method and literature measurement method. Based on this, we develop an cultural industry development-oriented success evaluation model on industrial heritage reuse, using AHP method to calculate the index weight levels of weight, that analyzes the effects of industrial heritage reuse on the development of cultural industry from the five aspects of economic development, social development, history and culture, aesthetic science and technology, and ecological environment. The thesis select Xi＇an two industrial heritage reuse project as a demonstration object to evaluate and compare by questionnaire survey, and put forward some suggestions for improvement on the reutilization of industrial heritage and the development of cultural industry in Xi ＇an.
