摘  要:近年来,随着新工科的不断发展,对高校的人才培养提出了新的挑战也创造了许多机遇,加快了高校进一步改革的步伐,对新型人才提出了更高的要求,这些都需要高校工作者努力在教学和实践环节中贯彻和实施,将培养高素质的全面型人才作为其工作的目标,进行多学科的交叉融合,最终实现产、学、研的全面提升。In recent years, with the continuous development of new engineering disciplines, new challenges have been faced for talent cultivation in universities and many opportunities have also been faced. The pace of further reforms in universities has been accelerated, and higher requirements have been placed on new talents.All need the efforts of university workers, implement and implement in the teaching and practice links, all of which are to deal with a new direction of development for the education work body, and take the cultivation of high-quality and comprehensive talents as our goal, and carry out cross-discipline integration of multiple disciplines. Finally, it will achieve a comprehensive upgrade of production, education, and research.
