摘　　要：目的评价腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的早期疗效。方法因膝关节骨关节炎行腓骨近端截骨术患者8例(8膝),比较手术前后膝关节活动度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分。结果术后膝关节活动度无明显增加,但VAS评分明显降低(P<0.01),HSS评分明显升高(P<0.01)。结论腓骨近端截骨术对膝关节骨关节炎具有较好的早期疗效。Objective To evaluate the early curative effect of proximal fibular osteotomy for knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eight patents（8 knees） with knee osteoarthritis were treated by proximal fibular osteotomy. The range of motion（ROM）, visual analogue scale（VAS）, and hospital for special surgery（HSS） knee score were compared before and after operation. ResultsVAS score was decreased（P〈0.01）, HSS score was increased（P〈0.01）, but ROM of knee joint was unchanged after operation. ConclusionThe early efficacy of proximal fibular osteotomy is satisfactory for knee osteoarthritis.
