摘 要:胺液在长期循环使用过程中,因受到各种因素的影响会出现热降解、化学降解和氧化降解,会对溶剂的腐蚀性、发泡程度和脱硫效率产生不利影响。其中氧化降解产生的热稳态盐(HSS)对溶剂的影响特别大,导致设备腐蚀加重,胺液跑损增加,脱硫效率下降。因此要保持装置的长期稳定高效运行,必须对脱硫剂中的热稳态盐进行去除。本文分析了电渗析法除热稳态盐的原理和特点,并通过中海石油舟山石化有限公司引用浙江海牛公司电渗析法除盐设施对系统胺液进行脱除热稳态盐操作案例,说明了电渗析法去除热稳态盐在工业应用中具有能耗低、减少含胺污水排放的优势,是一项节能环保的新工艺。during the long cycle use of amine solution, thermal degradation, chemical degradation and oxidative degradation will occur due to the influence of various factors, which will have adverse effects on the corrosion, foaming degree and desulfurization efficiency of solvent. Among them, the thermal stable salt (HSS) produced by oxidative degradation has a great influence on the solvent, resulting in the aggravation of equipment corrosion, the increase of running loss of amine solution and the decrease of desulfurization efficiency. Therefore, in order to maintain the long-term stable and efficient operation of the device, it is necessary to remove the thermal stable salts in the desulfurizer. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of electric dialysis method to remove the steady state salt are analyzed, and the operation case of removing heat steady salt from the system amine solution by CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is quoted by the electric dialysis facility of Zhejiang sea cattle company. It shows that the electrodialysis method can reduce the energy consumption and reduce the amines in the application of the thermal stable salt in the industrial application. The advantage of sewage discharge is a new technology of energy saving and environmental protection.
