摘  要:银石墨触点具有接触电阻稳定、抗熔焊性能优良等优点。对其在多种负载条件下的静态接触电阻进行了研究,分析了静态接触电阻与其物理特性的关系。结果表明:A型触点材料石墨基体石墨化度低、硬度高,对应的静态接触电阻值大;C型触点材料石墨基体石墨化度高、硬度低,对应的静态接触电阻值小;A型触点材料银含量低、密度小,对应的静态接触电阻值大;C型触点材料银含量高、密度大,对应的静态接触电阻值小;A型触点材料表面银(Ag)元素含量多、分布不均匀且杂质含量多,测试的静态电阻值大;C型触点材料表面银(Ag)元素含量多、分布均匀且杂质含量少,测试的静态电阻值小。The silver graphite contact Ag C(40) has the advantages of stable contact resistance and excellent anti-welding performance. In this paper, static contact resistance under various load conditions of silver graphite contact was researched, and the relationship between static contact resistance and its physical properties was analyzed. The results show that A-type contact material graphite matrix has low degree of graphitization, high hardness and high static contact resistance.C-type contact material graphite matrix has high degree of graphitization, low hardness and low static contact resistance. The surface of the A-type contact material has a large content of Ag,uneven distribution of silver, high impurity content, and large static resistance. The surface of the C-type contact material has a large content of Ag, uniform silver distribution, low impurity content, and small static resistance.
