摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测小柴胡片中6-姜辣素的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(60:40)为流动相;检测波长280nm,流速0.8ml·min^(-1);进样量10μl;柱温30℃。结果:6-姜辣素的线性范围为0.2006~1.003μg(r=0.9999);回收率为98.80%(RSD为0.3%,n=6)。结论:本法快速准确,可用于小柴胡片中6-姜辣素的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 6-Gingerol content in Minor Bupleurum Tablets. Methods： by using C18 column, acetonitrile and water（60：40） as the mobile phase gradient elution;detection wavelength of 280nm; 0.8ml min^-1; sample volume10μl ,column temperature of 30℃. Results： 6-gingerol in the linear range of 0.2006 - 1.003 μg（r=0.9999）; the extraction recovery was98.80% （RSD=0.3%, n=6）. Conclusion： the method is rapid and accurate, can be used for Minor Bupleurum Tablets of 6-gingerol in quality control.
