原发性慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症15例临床特点分析和诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:为了提高医务人员对原发性慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症的认识。方法:收集2006年1月至2018年1月于我院住院确诊的原发性慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症15例进行临床特点分析。结果:全部患者均伴皮肤色素沉着和疲乏无力,就诊于多个科室,出院治疗随访期间部分患者用药不规范。结论:对Addison病医学知识的推广和患者教育的加强迫在眉睫,制定符合中国国情的Addison病规范化诊疗方案尤为重要。Objective： To improve the knowledge of primary chronic adrenal hypofunction by medical staff. Methods： 15 cases of primary chronic adrenal hypogonadism diagnosed in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2018 were collected and analyzed. Results： all the patients were accompanied by skin pigmentation and fatigue. They were treated in many departments. Conclusion： it is imminent to promote the medical knowledge of Addison disease and to strengthen the education of patients. It is very important to establish a standardized diagnosis and treatment scheme for Addison disease in accordance with China＇s national conditions.
